Spring Salad

This recipe is taken from Dr. Christopher's books & are part of the Mucusless Diet

To 3 cups of chopped cabbage add:
1/2 cup Radishes, cut fine
1/4 cup Sweet Green Peppers, finely chopped
1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped fine
3/4 cup Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Cucumbers, chopped with skins
(wash & scrub skins well)
Toss well with your favorite healthful dressing
Garnish with olives and/or radishes.
